The only problem I had was the USPS shipping from US. I live in Canada, so I choose shipping from US. But apparently the tracking number that was provided is not USPS and the status doesn't change. I waited over 3 weeks and still say "packed waiting for pick up". At the end it actually shipped from a local warehouse in GTA by Canada post. I would be a lot happier if I knew, cause I would have check my mailbox instead of waiting for the tracking status to change. But if you live in Toronto, US shipping would be your quickest way to receive it. Lastly, the item is new with boxes and manuals but beware if you are using other brand argb fans. Cause I couldn't plug my Silverstone ARGB 5v 3pins connector into it. My silverstone fan connector apparently is a little bit thicker than the coolermaster. I can only use it as a pwm splitter for now until I buy coolermaster argb fan. I hope this review will help you all, especially for local buyer.
