I paid extra $28 TAX (ea. VAT) in advance. This is supposed to be sent to Norwegian custom authorities. But because the parcel was NOT marked with a VOEC-code, I had to pay Tax (25%VAT) once more on arrival. And addiotionnally, I hade to pay for custom clearance (approx.$14). In other words; this became a very bad experience for me.
